Following my participation at your annual meeting in Florida, I want to thank you for having invited me to address such a distinguished gathering and for welcoming me so warmly to an event that was impeccably organized. My meetings on this occasion were exceptionally interesting, and in my view productive, and I appreciate your providing me with the chance to discuss avenues of cooperation and investment opportunities with experts in the field.
Thank you for organizing such a great trip. You deserve kudos for a flawless event. From the venue to the logistics to the seniority of the guest speakers, everything was topnotch. Being a veteran of such events, this was one of the very best I have ever attended during my long career, if not the best. I hope we shall meet again soon. Still basking in the glow of our recent trip to Prague and St. Petersburg, I want to thank you for extending to Sherry and me the opportunity to be a participant on this fabulous trip. The Forum meetings in Prague and St. Petersburg were the best I have attended in a long life of seminars and exchanges. Before I became a banker I was, as you know, the Deputy Administrator of the US Environmental Protection Agency. One of my areas of responsibility was international. Later, I was the Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme. So… when I say that your meeting was the most substantive, informative and culturally sensitive of all, I am speaking from a depth of experience. Thank you for including me. It was a great privilege.
